1. Scope
This notice applies to darwingirl.com, player accounts, game activity, weekly trails and communications sent to our support addresses. Darwin Girl is intended for Canadian adults aged 19 or older.

Darwin Girl does not sell personal information and does not offer advertising based on game activity.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, information about handling practices or withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis. Identity verification may be required before completing a request.
